Pettit Kohn Welcomes New Shareholder to the Firm

June 2, 2022 – Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin is very pleased to announce that Martin Moreno has re-joined the firm as a Shareholder.  Martin will serve the firm’s clients as a managing shareholder of the Los Angeles’ office retail liability team.  Martin was previously an associate with Pettit Kohn from 2007 – 2015 where he left the firm to pursue an opportunity as in-house counsel for a specialty insurer.   

Martin is an experienced trial and litigation attorney known for his creative approaches to resolving complex, high-exposure matters.  His experience includes civil litigation, focusing primarily on personal injury, premises liability, contractual disputes, and general negligence matters. 

Martin earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach graduating with honors.
