Firm Client Wins Appeal

On April 30, 2012, long time Pettit Kohn client Cooner Wire Company defeated an appeal of an attorneys’ fees and costs order awarded by the Los Angeles Superior Court in a business litigation case. Division Three of the Second District of the California Court of Appeal issued the favorable decision in favor of Cooner Wire.
