Employment Attorney Jennifer Suberlak Leads a Session at CAHR 2019

Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin is excited to announce that Employment Law Attorney Jennifer Suberlak will be a featured speaker at the California HR Conference 2019 in Long Beach, California. Her session, titled Managing Employee’s Off Duty Conduct: The Do’s and Don’ts, will examine case law and legislation regarding how California employers may make personnel decisions based on an employees’ conduct outside of work. Ms. Suberlak will cover situations involving social media, drug and alcohol use, political and social engagement, and personal or romantic relationships.

CAHR is an annual conference held by the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA). With over 2700 attendees, CAHR is California’s largest HR Conference.
