2011 San Diego Super Lawyers:
Douglas Pettit is a founding shareholder of the firm’s Business Litigation group. Doug has extensive trial and litigation experience in the areas of professional liability and civil litigation. He represents clients in a variety of areas including business litigation, professional liability, personal injury, healthcare, and product liability. In June, Doug received additional recognition as a finalist for the San Diego Daily Transcript’s Top Attorneys award. He ranked in as one of the top 10 finalists for Insurance practice.
Thomas Ingrassia is a founding shareholder and co-chair of the firm’s Employment & Labor group. Tom defends employers in all forms of employment disputes and is a widely-acclaimed speaker who regularly counsels and trains employers with respect to employee and business management issues. Tom has achieved Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating for his legal ability and ethical standards. In June, Tom received additional recognition as a finalist for the San Diego Daily Transcript’s Top Attorneys award. He is one of the top 10 finalists for Labor/Employment practice.
Jennifer Lutz is a founding shareholder and co-chair of the firm’s Employment & Labor group. She represents employers in a variety of areas including issues of discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, both individual and class action wage and hour claims, and litigation services. She also offers training and counseling for employers throughout California.

This marks the second year Grant has been named to the Southern California Rising Stars list.
