Ryan currently serves as the Director of Legal Education on the Board of Directors for San Diego Human Resource Forum, one of the largest HR organizations in San Diego.
Shannon Finley is a shareholder in the San Diego office and also serves as the co-chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. She has been recognized for her work in Litigation – Labor and Employment. As a leader in the firm’s employment and labor group, Ms. Finley provides comprehensive litigation support to California employers as well as guidance to advise on best practices to avoid lawsuits before they arise. She is a speaker and author on issues including best hiring practices, wage and hour law, discrimination, and leaves of absence. She was recognized as a Rising Star by San Diego Super Lawyers® and received the C. Hugh Friedman New Lawyer Award from Lawyers Club of San Diego for her leadership and professionalism in the San Diego legal community. She was also recognized by the San Diego Business Journal in their 2020 “Leaders in Law” list and 2021 and 2022 “Women of Influence in Law” list. Ms. Finley currently serves as President of Lawyers Club of San Diego, the largest specialty bar association in San Diego which is currently celebrating its 50th anniversary. She has served as an Affiliate Governor on the board of California Women Lawyers and recently completed the San Diego County Bar Association’s inaugural Leadership Academy program.
Christine Boisclair is a shareholder in the San Diego office and has been recognized for her work in Product Liability Litigation – Defendants. Ms. Boisclair represents a diverse client base in a variety of complex litigation matters focusing on the areas of premises and product liability litigation. She is a leader in the firm’s Retail and Restaurant & Hospitality groups where she has regularly secured favorable results for her clients, in all phases of the litigation process. In addition, Christine has been recognized as one of San Diego Super Lawyers® Rising Stars each year since 2020.
Caitlin Jones has been recognized for her work in Professional Malpractice Law and Commercial Litigation. Ms. Jones is an experienced litigation and trial attorney in the firm’s Business Litigation and Professional Liability practice groups and focuses her practice on professional liability, complex business and commercial litigation, and ethics. As a trial attorney, she has tried more than a dozen jury trials and over 30 bench trials to verdict with favorable outcomes. She has successfully handled a broad range of matters representing individuals, professionals, and business clients in state and federal court.
Christine Dixon has been recognized for her work in Litigation – Labor and Employment as well as Commercial Litigation. As a senior associate at Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin, Ms. Dixon represents large and small corporate clients and handles a wide range of employment matters focusing on the defense of employers in all aspects of employment litigation. Christine was recognized as one of the San Diego Super Lawyers® Rising Stars in 2021 and 2022 and was also honored as San Diego Defense Lawyers’ Outstanding New Lawyer in 2015. Most recently she was recognized by the San Diego Business Journal in their 2022 “Women of Influence in Law” list.
