Pettit Kohn Attorneys Selected for the Inaugural 2022 San Diego County Bar Association Leadership Academy

Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin shareholder Shannon Finley and associate Christine Dixon were recently selected to participate in the inaugural 2022 San Diego County Bar Association Leadership Academy.

The San Diego County Bar Association Leadership Academy aims to equip the attorneys with essential skills and relationships to be effective leaders within the legal profession and the community as a whole.  Some goals of the program include providing hands-on leadership training opportunities, increasing diversity of leaders in the legal profession and community, and training attorneys as ethical and service-oriented leaders.

The program was launched this past weekend with a two-day retreat.  Over the next five months, the cohort will engage in monthly interactive leadership training facilitated by faculty and expert speakers, culminating in June with a Capstone Program and Graduation Ceremony.

Ms. Finley and Ms. Dixon join a group of eighteen other exceptional legal professionals who were selected based on applications, references, and personal statements.  Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin congratulates Shannon, Christine, and the entire 2022 San Diego County Bar Association class.
